The almond harvest season in Spain ranges from August to November, with the peak season from September to November. Harvest starts off with the Largueta and Marcona varieties from August to September. The harvest for the other varieties including California, Largueta, Comuna, Guara, Nonpareil, Carmel, Butte, Ferragnes, and Ramillete almonds lasts from September to November. Spain is the 2nd largest exporter of almonds at an annual value of USD 799.7 million in 2019.
